The only difference between this Dock and the ThinkPad Mini Dock Plus Series 3 for Mobile Workstations is the included AC adapter to support the ThinkPad W510

Manufacturers page NB Lenovo's site is incorrect in showing that the Plus models have audio connectors on the Dock, these are not present in the dual-DVI models
