Before the installation
I installed Kubuntu via a X200 UltraBase 200 without a problem.
Installation
Just install nothing special

Utrabase
To run kubuntu with the ultrabase it's necessary to create the following file:
etc/X11/Xsession.d/45custom_Xrandr-settings
and insert
