Microchip MEC1633

The Microchip MEC1633 Embedded Controller chip is found in newer ThinkPads, replacing chips such as the Renesas H8S/2161BV but still performing many (if not all) of the same functions. It is powered by an ARC-625D core, along with 16KB of SRAM, 192KB of flash memory with a 10K cycle endurance, and 2K of EEPROM with a 250K cycle endurance.
