ATI Mobility Radeon X300

This is a ATI video adapter

Features

  • Chipset: ATI M22
  • PCI ID: 1002:5460
  • PCI Express x16
  • 32 or 64MB GDDR1 video memory

Linux X.Org driver

Use Driver "radeon" in the xorg.conf file - it works at least for xorg 6.8.2, maybe older versions too.

Poor refresh times with xorg may be improved by using the "fglrx" driver instead of "ati" or "radeon".

ThinkPad LCD

Display on the internal LCD works as long as you set the monitor settings correct.
