A 'Boot Agent' (PXE boot) firmware update for this adapter is available from IBM. The updated version is 4.0.17 and is available here.
Linux Ethernet driver
This card will work with the standard 'e100' Linux driver as part of any recent 2.4 or 2.6 kernel
Alternatively the older 'eepro100' driver should also work.
Linux Modem driver
The Linux driver from SmartLink may work.
Latest version of this driver is 2.9.10 and supports both the 2.4 and 2.6 kernels
Otherwise try using the slightly dated ltmodem drivers.
Latest version of this driver is 8.31a and supports the 2.4 kernels.
