Machine Types
There are two different machine types of the R51 available:
- 1829, 1830, 1831, 1836 (all models with ATI Mobility Radeon)
- 2883, 2887, 2888, 2889, 2894, 2895 (all models with Intel Extreme Graphics 2)
Machine specific updates are incompatible between the two listed groups. This includes BIOS and Embedded Controller Program releases as well as graphics drivers.
