Hello,
I'm a Thinkpad R61 owner. I'm in the process of installing Ubuntu 7.04.
NOTE!
I need sound. To get sound, I need to latest kernel. Since the current restricted drivers need updating (They always need updating IMHO), it's natural that I start by the kernel, and THEN install the drivers.

- Need to reinstall iwp3945 Not there!!
- make oldconfig's .config didn't have the proper requirements for building iwp3945 Or was it?
- Rebuilding Kernel with ieee80211 I'm here
- Need to install nv or Nvidia Resolution sucks!
- nv is in the kernel, I just saw it scrolling by...
- To install Nvidia proprietary drivers or not to install Nvidia proprietary drivers?
