Linux WiFi driver

The Linux 'airo' driver can be downloaded from Cisco after jumping through a bunch of hoops, such as providing Cisco with your personal information.
The current Cisco driver version is 2.1 and only supports select Linux 2.4 kernels.
Additionally, there is an opensource driver supporting this card, adapted by Fabrice Ballard. This driver is integrated with linux kernel 2.6 since 2.6.3-rc1, patches for earlier 2.6 and for 2.4 are also available. Farbrice's T40 page contains driver development notes.
