This is a 10/100 Ethernet Daughter Card (EDC) which is installed in a CDC (Communications Daughter Card) slot.
This slot is sometimes also refered to as a MDC (Mobile Daughter Card) slot.

Linux driver

This card will work with the standard 'e100' Linux driver as part of any recent 2.4 or 2.6 kernel
