I have a T20 with
- 700 MHz processor
- 384 MB memory
- 40 MB hard disk (Hitachi).
Accessories include:
- Port replicator,
- DVD-ROM drive,
- Ultrabay Battery,
- Compact Flash Adapter (PC Card)
- BlueTooth adapter (USB)
I have installed Debian Sarge and Fedore Core 3 in it.
