ThinkShutter

Found on most ThinkPads released in 2018 and after, Lenovo employed the use of a thin plastic cover to block the Integrated camera for privacy reasons. This was done in a response to the ever increasing amount of people intentionally blocking their webcams with Post-it notes, duct tape, gaffer tape, and Flex tape.

There is no additional ThinkShutter to block the Infrared camera on models that are equipped with it, it blocks only the Integrated camera.
