Features and specifications
This is an adapter to connect an additional ThinkPad system hard disc drive (in caddy, without rails) to the Serial Ultrabay Slim. This part is withdrawn; it was also known as 'Ultrabay Slim SATA HDD Adapter II'.
- Takes any ThinkPad SATA 9.5mm thick, 2.5" HDD
- Rated 5V ⎓ 1.5A
NOTE!
This SATA HDD adapter only works with select ThinkPads as listed below; for earlier machines with Ultrabay Slim, use the PATA base Ultrabay Slim HDD Adapter or the previous Ultrabay Slim SATA HDD Adapter instead; for newer machines with later Serial Ultrabay Slim, use the ThinkPad Serial ATA Hard Drive Bay Adapter III instead.
