The only difference between this Dock and the ThinkPad Mini Dock Plus Series 3 for Mobile Workstations is the included AC adapter to support the ThinkPad W510

Manufacturers page NB Lenovo's site is incorrect in showing that the Plus models have audio connectors on the Dock, these are not present in the dual-DVI models
Lenovo blogs article - featuring, amongst other docking solution topics, the 3 Series Docks. Includes a short video of the solutions (which clearly shows that there are no audio connectors on the Plus)
