Formerly called "ThinkPad Mini Dock Plus Series 3 for Mobile Workstations". The naming changed after the introduction of the 170W dock the following year.

The only difference between this Dock and the ThinkPad Mini Dock Plus Series 3 is the included AC adapter to support the ThinkPad W510
