Prism 2/2.5/3 Driver

Linux driver for 802.11a/b/g NIC cards - Cardbus, PCI, or miniPCI - using Prism chipsets.

The orinoco driver is part of any recent Linux kernel

Status

Some people have experienced stability issues transfering large files, the alternative hostap driver handles such problems a little bit better, but still suffers from it.

Some people have suggested that upgrading the firmware will solve the problem.
