NOTE!
Typically only select MiniPCI adapters can be installed, which are on a BIOS whitelist. Installing an unsupported card in a ThinkPad will result in BIOS error 1802 with the instructions to remove the card. See Problem with unauthorized MiniPCI network card for more info and solutions.
