This is a Bluetooth Daughter Card (BDC) which is installed in a CDC (Communications Daughter Card) slot.
This slot is sometimes also refered to as a MDC (Mobile Daughter Card) slot.

This device is implemented as a USB device, which can be enabled or disabled using a button under the display.
