My glxgears speed is much improved and general screen refresh is much better. All in all I am happy with the switch EXCEPT:<br /> When I first start Thunderbird the screen goes black and stays black. If I &lt;alt ctrl F1&gt; then &lt;alt ctrl F7&gt; back then the display is OK. Every time.<br /> Also, Lotus Notes running in Crossover Office does this but I don't want to throw in a red herring.<br /> <br /> ATI is mute on the subject and I have not found anything in the thinkpad forums. Any ideas?</div>
