There is an Ubuntuforums Thread existing where an workaround for suspend/hibernate is posted.

It is for T400, but also works on X200, because they have the same chipset.

I added it to the existing article. Please test, if it also works for you!

If it works, please make an good article, this one is too long and little bit confusing!
