This is a Windows app to help other Lenovo Windows apps to log with your same Lenovo userID. You can also use it to change your name and location of your LenovoID. It used to be called Lenovo ID but was renamed to Lenovo Account Portal.
It is used by Lenovo Settings and Lenovo Companion.
